Onsight is an investment management firm that seeks to generate attractive absolute returns by investing in out of favor companies and special situations. Onsight identifies debt and equity securities that are trading at a substantial discount to intrinsic value through deep, fundamental company and industry research.
WHO WE ARE
Each Founder has been a successful investor at best-in-class firms. We share a common fundamental investment framework given our history as private equity investors. Through multiple economic cycles, we have learned how to discriminate between great and challenged businesses, assess the motivation and capabilities of management teams and understand what is reasonable when it comes to growth initiatives and turnarounds.

Partner
Mads Jorge has 18 years of relevant investment experience. Prior to founding Onsight, Mr. Jorge was the Founder and Managing Partner of Avizor Capital Management, LP, an alternative investment fund that he managed for three years. At Avizor, Mr. Jorge was responsible for all aspects of idea generation, analysis, portfolio construction and risk management. Prior to Avizor, Mr. Jorge was a Portfolio Manager at PioneerPath Capital LLC, a business unit of Citadel LLC. Before that, he worked for Ivory Investment Management LLC, serving as a Partner and Portfolio Manager. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jorge worked as a Private Equity Associate at Bain Capital, Ltd in London and as an Associate at the private equity affiliate of Soros Fund Management LLC. Mr. Jorge started his career as an Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette after having received a B.S.E summa cum laude from the Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania.
Aaron Bendikson

Aaron Bendikson has 20 years of relevant investment experience. Prior to founding Onsight, Mr. Bendikson was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management, LP. During an 11-year tenure at Oaktree, he was responsible for making both public and private distressed/special situations debt and equity investments across a broad range of sectors. Prior to joining Oaktree, Mr. Bendikson served as a Principal with the private equity affiliate of Soros Fund Management LLC. Mr. Bendikson started his career as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at J.P. Morgan & Co. Mr. Bendikson received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree cum laude in Economics and History from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Bendikson has served as a member of the board of directors of numerous public and private companies.
Avery Son
Partner
Avery Son has 20 years of relevant investment experience. Prior to founding Onsight, Mr. Son was a Portfolio Manager focused on global financial services investments and Partner at Ivory Investment Management LLC. He previously served as Co-head of Research and Senior Analyst. During a 13-year tenure at Ivory, Mr. Son was responsible for all aspects of investment idea generation, research and portfolio construction, as well as training and developing talent. Earlier in his career, Mr. Son worked as an Associate at the private equity affiliate of Soros Fund Management LLC, after having served as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co. Mr. Son received an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.
Matthew Williams
Senior Analyst
Matthew Williams has 12 years of relevant investment experience. Most recently, Mr. Williams was an Analyst at Avizor Capital Management, LP, an alternative investment manager for over two years. Prior to Avizor, Mr. Williams was a co-Portfolio Manager and Partner at Wilshire Quinn Capital LLC, where he was responsible for all aspects of investment idea generation, analysis, portfolio construction as well as risk management. Mr. Williams received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles.
